Auto parts store (Canada): $928,811 revenue on $9,961 ad spend, 9,224% ROMI
Updated:

The task
An online store of parts and accessories for off-road vehicles in Canada. The task: sales from paid social, not from brand demand. The brand already got orders from people searching its name, and crediting those sales to ads would have been self-deception.
What we did
Meta Ads only: we built warm audiences and ran precise retargeting to people ready to buy. No brand-search spend — the channel was judged on the sales it drives itself.
Results
- Ad spend — $9,961
- Ad-attributed revenue — $928,811
- ROMI — 9,224% (ROAS 93×)
- 633 orders, average order value $1,467

Insights
633 orders on $9,961 is $15.74 per paid order at an average order value of $1,467. Advertising takes about 1% of revenue: next to procurement and logistics, that cost is invisible in the order economics.
No brand-search spend is mixed into the 9,224% ROMI: this is Meta only, warm audiences and retargeting. The flip side: retargeting harvests demand that already exists, so part of these sales would likely have happened anyway. Cold audiences will give a different cost per order — that has to be measured separately.
