#MOYBOSH (Bosch): 12,067 users at $0.15, $1,790 budget
#MOYBOSH (Bosch)
The task
#MOYBOSH is a Bosch brand ad campaign. Our area of responsibility was paid traffic: bring users to the campaign’s target pages. Two things are critical for a federal brand’s projects: the size of the reached audience and the price of every user brought in, because at a scale of tens of thousands of clicks every extra cent in click cost is multiplied by the whole volume.
What we did
Launched targeted ads in two channels — VK and Instagram — driving traffic to the #MOYBOSH campaign target pages. Splitting across two platforms let us reach different audience segments and compare channel performance within a single budget.
Results
- Ad budget — $1,790
- Users acquired — 12,067
- Cost per acquired user — $0.15
Insights
$0.15 per user on the target page is the price not of an impression or a banner click, but of a real person who made it to the campaign page. With a budget of just over $1,764 the brand got an audience of 12,000+ users — a scale at which targeted advertising works as a full-fledged distribution channel for a promo campaign. For brand activations the conclusion is: the VK + Instagram combo can close volume traffic KPIs at a per-user price noticeably cheaper than the cost of contact in many offline channels.
